hi billi

The size of your breast is actually measured by being a A, B, D or D cup etc, not by 32, 34, or 36 - that is do do with you back circumference. Gaining weight (not on purpose) is the way most women see their breast size change but obviously in most cases, gaining weight isn't a good thing.

So what you are left with is the option of breast implants - you can talk to a surgeon about the risks, benefits and cost. But that is the only way to permanently increase their size. For a temporary increase you can get push up bras, padded bras or small inserts in your bra that make the breasts look bigger.

Hi billi

Thanks for your post!

The only way to increase your breast size permanently is to either gain weight or have breast implants.

Massage creams or pills do not work, no matter what the manufacturer's say!
