I think I had my period on the 27 July but it only came for 2 days before i had it the 6 june for 5 days and now its 30 August I did a test yesterday it was positive an I am feeling futters in my uterus could I be pregnant from June

It's very unlikely you are pregnant from June if the two-day bleeding you had was significant. However, since it we know it was short, was it also very light? It it was very light (not enough to fill a panty liner) then it could have been implantation bleeding. It's very early for flutters but some women feel them very early. If your two-day period was very heavy, then it's more likely you got pregnant a few weeks later.
