Ovulation right before period

I think I ovulated not 3 days before my period this month. My period lasted the normal 4 days and was a little heavier than norm. 4 days ago my period ended. I went through having HUGE amounts of testosterone, and just raging out at anything, everything, and nothing.

Now I'm having another period starting up accompanied by SUPERBAD cramps, and it feels like bolts of electricity twisting around in there. I also am taking antibiotics for a bad eye infection, but nothing in the warning document said anything about bleeding, or causing a second period. We haven't done sex since late Jan.

Hi Diana,

Thanks for your question. Nothing is impossible, I presume but it would be pretty uncommon to ovulate a couple days before you start you period. Women's menstrual cycles and hormones are sometimes all over the place and one period is never the same as the next. I wouldn't be too concerned about one period being completley different than the norm, but I would be concerned if this trend continues into the next cycle. Contact your OBGYN if it continues but for this time, I would just assume that it is "one of those bad months". If you have any pain, call your doctor immediately.
