Pain in head when winded....

Anytime i cough strain or lose oxygen to my head. I get a horrible throbbing in my head. It lasts from 30 sec to 2 minutes. it has caused me to faint and now seems to causes more syptoms fatigue an head aches nightly.

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Many things can be the cause of your headache and fatigue.  From Bacterial Pneumonia, bronchitis, Upper respiratory infection and many other conditions.  It's important to see your doctor soon. Especially that is happening nightly and causing you to faint.
