Pain lump and heaviness in the breast but no discharge of any sort no inverted nipples no holes on the breast and no change in the shape of the breast. what your advice please

Any lump in your breast, with pain or without, should be examined by a doctor. A mammogram may be recommended and/or an ultrasound for further evaluation of the lump if necessary.
