Painful bump on labia?

So I currently have the flu and basically spent the entirety of yesterday sleeping. However - either from my underwear being too small or just being in the wrong position - my underwear dug into the area of my labia between my vagina and anus for hours while I was sleeping. Now, there's a painful, almost skin tag-like bump next to where the skin was dug into and a small scab. It hasn't gotten any better since yesterday. I'm seventeen and I've never had this happen to me before - what can I do to make it go away? Also, how long should it take?
