hello.
Yes, we are not relatives.My hubby's father is having diabetics & he got that after his 50 years but my husband got in his 26th year. Even my mother is having diabetics because her father also had and she got in her 35th year and now she is 45.I have no problem if I get that but I really do not want my baby to suffer. We have no kid yet & now planned to have.Its been 3 years of wedding life.

If your husband has type I, there is a possibility of passing it onto your child since it is hereditary. Please bring this up with your doctor before you have children.
