Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. Varicose veins are very painful and can be best described as achy and chronic. Have you seen a doctor for your pain? This is a difficult question to help you answer as it would depend on where they are located on your feet and I even wonder if surgery to remove the painful veins would be more beneficial for you in the long run. Can you let us know if you were already seen by a physician?
