What are my chances of getting pregnant if i missed one pill and made it up ASAP?

I missed one pill Thursday night, in my third week, but made it up as soon as i woke up on Friday morning. I also took my pill about 3 hours late on Saturday night, which would have been my last active pill. My boyfriend and I had sex soon after. We used a condom, but it broke. He had already went shortly before we had sex. He went inside of me not knowing the condom broke, but he barely went. What are my chances of getting pregnant?

Hi Susan and others.

I need some help to try to put my mind at ease.

First of all, let me state that I am a guy and in no way an expert on birth control pills which is why I turn to you folks. I have done my best to educate myself.

5 days ago, I had sex with an ex girlfriend and ejaculated inside of her as I do often. She is religious about taking her extended/continuous birth control (Camrese) at the same time every night. On the night we were sexually active, she took her birth control but vomited at some point due to anxiety. I do not know if she vomited prior to or after taking the pill and she does not recall. She states that the pill is small and dissolves into the system quickly but if she vomited after taking the pill it is unknown if it was after 10 minutes or an hour.

The next day, she resumed her pills but DID NOT double up. Since that time, she has not missed any days. I also know that she had been taking the pill for at least 21 consecutive days prior to having sex. I believe this product is a 3 month cycle?

Now, I should also state that this is a woman that has been treated for and diagnosed with anxiety (separation) and prescribed medication which she stopped taking when we dated. She really wants us to get back together.

Now, she states she wakes up with stomach cramps and hopes she is not pregnant - 5 days after intercourse!

My question is this given these facts:

1. She takes her pill religiously and has for years
2. She took it on the day of intercourse but vomited at some point (unknown time)
3. She resumed the day after but did not double up
4. She had been taking it for at least 21 days straight and has not missed another day since vomiting

Is there a high chance for pregnancy and should I be worried?

Thanks

Hey Susan,
My girlfriend missed one of her pills last week, pretty sure it was like 19 or something, and the day before we had sex without a condom but I didn't finish inside. Now she is two days late, is there any chance she could be pregnant?

Hi Susan,
A few weeks ago I missed a couple of nonconsecutive pills and doubled up the next day, and then had unprotected sex that weekend. I took an emergency contraceptive 2 days later, and now 2 weeks later I am on the 4th day of my placebo week, and my period still hasn't come. I have slight brown discharge that I didn't have a few days ago. Is the emergency contraceptive affecting my period, or could I be pregnant?

Hi! I went through a similar situation earlier this week. I took my third week pill Friday night, forgot Saturday night, and then didnt make up the pill on Sunday night. In fact, Sunday night I took my Saturday night pill. My husband and I had unprotected sex Saturday, and I didnt take a pill until Sunday night. Should I be worried?

So I'm pretty sure I'm good, but I'm wanting some advice from someone who knows more about this. On 6/15 I missed taking my pill at 4am and the same on 6/16. I did have sex tueS morning, and used a condom. I did come to realize that I forgot I haven't taken my pills on 6/16 and came home from work at 2:30pm and took my 6/15 pill and around 9pm before going to bed took my 6/16 for that day and when I woke up on 6/17 I was back on schedule, and took my pill for that day. I do want to say that me and my boyfriend did take have intercourse before I missed my pills aND the condom slipped off, could there be a possibility that due to that and me missing my pill make me become pregnant? Thank you for any who answers this.
