In these cases hair loss can be improved by eating a non-processed, natural diet and taking supplements. The are also many over-the-counter "skin, hair, nail" supplements available.
There are other causes such as pregnancy or postpartum, menopause, vitamin-deficiencies, or thyroid problems.
