What does Empowher mean?

Hi, When I look at my account here it says 87% your almost on your way of being empowher, I don't udnerstand what it means exactly? When I'm 100% and empowered what would it mean?

To add, your profile will change to show EMPOWERED at the bottom of your name once you hit 100%.

Hi Melissa,
If you click on your advocacy points in your profile, everytime you answer a question, ask a question, share a stroy etc...you gain points towards being "EMPOWERED".
