"Dry humping" means there is no exposure to each other's ejaculatory fluids or vaginal secretions---hence the "dry" word.

If you both had clothes on, he may/may not have ejaculated in his underwear, this would not be a concern for pregnancy.

This article will answer all of your questions: Vaginal Discharge and Cervical Mucus: FAQ.

Basically, women have variations in their vaginal discharge depending on the timing of their cycle. If you have no symptoms (no pain, no itching, no foul smell), your discharge is most likely normal-- please read the article above for more specific information.

The only "symptom" that you can use to determine if you are pregnant is a missed period. Have you had unprotected sex recently, and have you missed your period?
