There are some home remedies for intestinal yeast infections that you can try. Have you received a diagnosis of a digestive yeast infection or are you assuming you have one, based on your symptoms?
One thing you can try is an increase of probiotics in your diet. Specially labelled yogurts and yogurt drinks are available in supermarkets and you can also buy them in pill form at drug stores, grocery stores, vitamin stores or specialty natural/whole goods stores.
Avoiding sugars will help as will eating foods with fiber, Vitamin B and fish oils (flax would work for vegetarians).
Taking a supplement with enzymes is a good idea. Going to a specialty store is your best bet to find someone who knows all about what they are selling (a nutritionist would be great, if you could afford one). There are special supplements that contain enzymes for good digestive health.
