I have a light brown flakey spot on my areola. I have had it for a few years and always thought it was a freckle. It has always been light brown and smooth but a little raised. I recently noticed that it is now dry and flakey. I picked at it and you can see small black dots under it. I thought it was just dirty pores. When I peeled the flaky skin off all of the black spots under it were bleeding. This sport is super tiny. And I have another even smaller one beside it.
