Why didn't she bleed after taking EC?

3 weeks before, she bled heavily after taking ECP. 1 week ago, we had protected sex(condom), and there were no signs of leaks or rupture on the condom. Just to make sure, she took another dose of ECP again. But until now the only side effect she had was a short cramp and that's pretty much it and that was 4 days after taking the dose. She still hasn't bled and I'm getting anxious again.
