I had a thyroid removed in Sept 2011 due to cancer now on synthroid 150 but I still feel so tired all the time I crash around 3pm and have no energy and gaining weight..my memory has been very bad...had blood work done 2 weeks ago and they said everything is normal

Hi Sony1,
Did you ask for a copy of your lab results? Sometimes your thyroid levels can be normal but they are on the high end of normal--leaving you equally fatigued because they are barely normal.
It is also possible that you may need to start exercising or simply going out for a walk as tolerated and as instructed by your doctor. If your levels are at the barely normal range then you can consider asking your doctor for a higher dosage of synthroid.
