I'm not sure what you mean by how many antibiotics should be in food - we should have none at all. Are you sure you mean antibiotics?

Ok - you mean natural antibiotics.

There are many natural antibiotics in foods that are great for the immune system. Some are:

Foods with Vitamin C - oranges, grapefruit, lemons, broccoli, bell peppers and tomatoes.



Foods with Vitamin D - breakfast cereals, dairy, salmon.

Apple cider vinegar.

As to the amounts - try to eat 5-8 servings of fruit and veg daily. Add garlic to your cooking and eat a healthy breakfast cereal every day. No need to overdo the foods.
