Laura recalls the fears she experienced before undergoing gastric bypass surgery.

Laura:
My fears leading up to the gastric bypass surgery I would have to say were overblown. I don’t want to say that I was not scared at all; of course I was scared. It’s major surgery and you don’t know what your pain is going to be afterwards, but it was nowhere near what I thought it was going to be. Like I say, the pain was minimal, very minimal, and well worth it.
