Leana explains how she feels when she sees old pictures of herself when she was obese.

Leana:
Honestly, I find it to be depressing. I remember looking at photos of myself and thinking, “Oh my gosh, that’s a good picture of me,” and I used to hate when people saw pictures, and my mom always loved to take pictures. So I remember thinking, “This is a good photo,” and now I look back on those photos that I thought were good, and it makes me really sad actually that I…I don’t want to say let it get to that point, but pretty much.

I really never saw myself as being that big until I started feeling that big, and then looking back now, it looks like I was wearing like a mask. It looked like I was wearing a suit that wasn’t even me. It’s weird to look back on it, and kind, of it’s sad, it is, depressing a little bit, but I mean, it’s a transformation that I have made, so, it’s a part of my past.
