I couldn't agree more!

I had heard stories and was scared the first time - I was in my early 30s, due to an immediate family history. I was told to switch to the other breast and had no idea the first had already been screened!

At worst, a mammogram is a brief (10 seconds) squeeze - no worse than if you try on a ring that's slightly too small and have to squeeze it off your finger a little! And even then, that's more uncomfortable!

And remember, a mammogram takes less than 5 minutes.
