  The pain first felt like a cramp in my lower back then like a constant dull ache. This has been going on for 4 days. It started in the small of my back and now goes half way up my back.

  

  lower back pain on right started 4 days ago. Itches and numbness.Doesn't hurt to touch. This morning pain in the right side 4 inches across from my belly button. itches and pain. Tonight it goes around from front to back???

  The onset of my lower back pain was sudden. I cannot bend, nor can I lay down, yet sitting makes it throb. Its always worse after trying to lay down for a bit, when I get up.

  

  What is causing my lower back pain and what can I do to relieve it?

  I have a diseas that causes Chronic pain.. i take a few different medications, including Norco (Vicodin) 10mg/325. I do currently have 3 children but we are TTC for #4.

  My 36 year old husband has been an off highway truck driver for 10 years. Recently he has had extreme back pain. it go to the point the he can't be on his feet for more than 15 minutes.

  I have had severe neck/upper back muscle spasms on one side of my body for over a year. I've tried chiropractic, massage, physical therapy and medication (cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride).

  

  What's the best treatment for torticollis-like symptoms?
