Dr. Steinman shares if there is any truth to the myth, if you wear your make-up overnight you will age seven days in one night.

Dr. Steinman:
There is no truth to that; you did not necessarily need to remove your make-up before you go to bed. There is so much myth around the beauty industry. All that might happen as your skin might be slightly irritated the next day, or if you are acne prone you may notice a slight increase in acne, but it is going to have no ill effects on your skin and certainly is not going to increase your aging.
