Dr. Steinman:

Fillers are very safe FDA-approved products that you place under the skin through an injection that can lift up fine lines, they can lift up wrinkles, you can actually replace the loss of volume and in people faces as they age so you can re-inflate the cheeks sort of dropped. You can get rid of the jowling that occurs with aging. You can quite literally rejuvenate someone’s entire facial appearance with the proper use of fillers in the proper locations. Nearly all the fillers are temporary. Now a days virtually none of the fillers have any risk of the allergic reaction and based on where you have the filler injected, whether it is your lips or your nasolabial fold or your cheeks or the eyelid creases and dark circles, they can last anywhere from four moths all the way up to a year and a half with the fillers we now have available.
