Toni:
And so, if you want to be a strong, healthy person, do the exercises, eat properly and I tell you to eat properly more than I tell you to do anything else. Large meals are not your friend. Five good meals a day, small; when you eat small meals you find that you don’t have the opportunity to get hungry and hunger is what keeps us all in trouble, keeps us overweight, doesn’t actually do anything besides satisfy that taste for, “Oh god, that was so good.” It’s wonderful, but you can eat a small amount several times a day.
When you eat small meals everyday, you find that your body starts to adjust that, you feel better, your energy level is so much higher and your diabetes is so much easier to control, your sugars are so much easier to control. But the best thing I can tell you to do is to eat small meals and exercise. It’s the best thing that I have done for myself and I would suggest it to anyone.
Even if you’re not a diabetic, even if you think you may be a potential, just to do those things, just to do those things; small meals every day and exercise program, and the exercise program I have learned is a good 30-minutes a day, but sometimes if you don’t have the time you can do 10 minutes at a time.
You can do a fast walk, turn around and come back, maybe two hours later you’re reading again, you can do that 10-minute walk again, and you’ll find that your energy level, just from that 10-minute walk is great, and those are the things I feel that would do you the most good, small meals and exercise.
