Patty Brisben:
It’s first of all take some time for herself, take some pampering time, take a hot bath, get your mind and your body set. Then what I would tell them to do is use an arousal cream, place the arousal cream on, give it 5-10 minutes and then take a bullet. A bullet meaning a small silver vibrator and place this in the clitoral area and just, many of the bullets now have various different speeds and pulsations, find the pulsation that really kind of sets your body up and makes your body feel excited and then just relax, just do nothing but relax your body, explore your body.

It might not happen the first or second time that you try this, but along the third or fourth, when you become a lot more comfortable with this technique I am going to tell you, you can achieve an orgasm.

Another thing that I would tell her to do is to, a lot of women ask about having an orgasm with their partner, because women, most women achieve orgasm through clitoral stimulation and what happens is, through penetration it’s very hard for men to give you clitoral stimulation and penetration all at the same time.

What I love so much about the bullets is you can lye this in the clitoral area as the male is penetrating and so therefore, you are getting clitoral stimulation and penetration all at the same time; a wonderful way to achieve an orgasm.
