Adolescent Health
Fortunately, the human body is strong during the teenage years. If it weren’t, many of us wouldn’t survive! Poor diet, lack of sleep, and, often, experimentation with alcohol and other drugs mark the teenage years of many people in our culture.
Many teenagers show marginal malnutrition in a number of vitamins and minerals. 1 For this reason, taking a general multivitamin/multimineral supplement is perhaps the easiest important health-promoting step that any teenager should consider.
