Oh Gosh, hats, sometimes gloves, but, oh gosh, I have tried exercising, and I just found that I would kind of stop pulling while I was exercising but, as soon as I got home, I did not feel that it really decreased my anxiety levels, but I do enjoy the exercise and yoga and Pilates. But, in terms of really stopping my hair pulling, I’ll usually wear a hat and just try not to take it off.
