about missed periods

me and my bf snuggled for three times he just rubbed his penis on my vagina he didnot ejaculated into the vagina and i missed my periods its 9 days now will i get pregnant by doing this as we have not done sex is it possible to get pregnant i dont want to be pregnant please tell me what i should do??
