Thanx maryann but I didnt hav sex after periods ...I had it 2 mnths ago but aftr tht I had regulr periods on time but now my next period is late by 4 days even though I didnt have any kind of sex since then .. so can I be pregnant still .?

Thank you for the follow up. No, there is no chance for pregnancy, if you have not had sexual intercourse since your last period.
The menstrual cycle is regulated by a delicate balance of hormones. Any imbalance will cause an irregularity. High stress levels can cause a delay.
Try to relax. If you do not get a period at all this month, consider consulting your physician. Blood tests to check hormone levels, including thyroid function, might be necessary.

Have you had unprotected sex since your last period? How late is your period?
If you had unprotected sex since your last period and your period is late by at least one week, take a home pregnancy test.
