So basically my period ended the day my bf and I did slight sexual intercourse, he came but he said he pulled out before he did. This was last Monday. Today I noticed a little bit of red gooey stuff when I wiped after using the restroom. Should I be concerned about pregnancy?????

Thank you for coming to us with your concern. There was no risk for pregnancy by having intercourse the day your period ended. To conceive, you need to have unprotected sex during ovulation.

Hi Anonymous,
I said to watch it because if it continues or increases, you must contact your physician. If it goes away, just be alert if it should return. Again, you would contact your doctor about it.
I do not know what is the cause of the discharge. Bright red blood indicates fresh bleeding.
