On 16 th August I had dry sex with my fiancee. He was with his clothes on. I had my period on 7 th September and it lasted till 13th September. I have not had sex after that till today. My next period was due on 7th October but I am late by 7 days. I am having nausea feeling from 7th October. Is there any chance of getting pregnant

Your period in September proved that you were not pregnant. There was no risk for pregnancy with dry sex.
Pregnancy would not be the reason your period for October is late by seven days, because you state that you have not had sex from your last period until today.

You need to be evaluated by a physician to get that answer. The menstrual cycle is regulated by a precise balance of hormones. Any upset in hormone levels will cause an irregularity. Your doctor can order blood tests to check hormone levels.
