my bf and i was not having sex but he ejaculated on my tummy and as he was about to stand up the tip of his penis with sperm accidentally touched my vagina (near the whole but like outside of it) for like 1 second and then after 10 seconds i wiped it off, im scared can i get pregnant by this there was only a small amount of semen and it just accidentally touched my vagina, im afraid the semen mixed in with the vaginal fluid and got inside pls help

From what you have shared, I do not see a risk.
Your vagina is inside of your body. So, the tip of his penis touched your pubic area. You wiped away the semen within ten seconds.
There was no time for any sperm to travel into your body.
