A few days before I was with a guy and he fingered me. But I had my under pants on. The entire time we were fully clothed. Today there were a few drops of blood on my under pants. My period is after a week. What could it be? I read somewhere that the bleeding could be a sign of pregnanc. Please help

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for your question.
You were not at risk for becoming pregnant.
Since you had finished your period a week before this activity, a few drops of dark blood could be blood left from your last period.
A few drops of bright red blood might be the result of irritation of your vagina from aggressive fingering without adequate lubrication.
