My bf and i made love 4 days ago but with a condom on. we made the first round and he cm and removed the condom and threw it in the waste bin. He then come back in the bed and we cuddle for about 20 mins, but we didn't get our private parts touch each other as we were still naked. He then got on top of me with my legs closed together and continued cuddling and he start rubbing his penis on my pubic hair and he didn't get close to my vagina as my legs are still closed together. He then put on a condom for round 2 and he has his left hand pinching (not a pinch to break) the tip of the condom while the right hand was rolling the ring of the condom. So during our 2nd round i touched my pubic hair he was rubbing on and then tried inserting his penis in my vagina with the same hand, i tried inserting if for some several time until when we done and he removed the condom and we dressed uo. Ok, what i'm really trying to get focused on here is, i was supposed to get my periods today, meaning 4 days from what we did and still didnt get anything, not even some symptoms that i will get my periods soon. looking at what we did during making love, I cant really see where we went wrong, could it be when he was pinching the tip of the condom he might have some sperm not dried up on his hand, or could it be when he rubbed his penis on my pubic hair and some sperm left there and didn't get to dry up when i touched my self there and used the same hand to insert his penis in me? Could that be possible? please help?

Hi Ytoon,
Thank you for your question.
It's tough to not be worried in this type of situation, but the fact of the matter is, dried sperm is not active/live sperm and therefore ineffective in causing pregnancy.
It's normal to be worried because your menstrual cycle hasn't arrived yet, so take a home pregnancy test.
Honestly, I don't believe you have anything to worry about. But you should look into a more effective birth control measure so you won't have to stress like this afterwards.
Be well,
