my hubby and I had unprotected sex over my ovulation time, then I was 4days late with my period it finally came but lasted 3days and was gone. I am battling with lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and stomach cramps that are painful sometimes. could I be pregnant?

How long do your periods normally last? Was it a flow or more like spotting?
Even if you were pregnant, it would be too early to experience lower back pain. Painful, at times, stomach cramps are concerning.
You could reach out to your gynecologist.
