No, you were not at risk. One, you were both wearing underwear, any semen or pre ejaculate fluid remained in your boyfriend's boxers, and most importantly, you were having your period.
For conception to occur, there must be a released egg for sperm to fertilize. A mature egg is released from one ovary each month during ovulation. Ovulation happens around day 14 of the menstrual cycle. The first day of your period is day one of the menstrual cycle.
