I gave my boyfriend a handjob and we washed our hands and about three minutes after he fingered me. There was no risk for you to become pregnant because you washed your hands afterwards. Only your boyfriend knows if he touched his penis again, got anything on his fingers, and wiped off on your underwear.
I think you can stop worrying. Stressing over this can cause your period to be delayed even more.
