The other day my boyfriend and I were fooling around and he jacked off then wiped his hand off with a towel. He then took a nap and about 45 minutes later he rubbed me (on my panties). Based on what you've shared, you can not get pregnant from the activity you described.
If you're still a virgin and you and your boyfriend didn't have unprotected sex, where his semen entered your vagina, you shouldn't have anything to be worried about.
