My boyfriend and I were basically dry humping. We both had our clothes on, I had underwear and yoga pants, he had underwear and athletic shorts. We just made the movements one would make in sex but at the beginning his penis was not in his pants, he was humping me with it but again I had clothes on and after a minute I told him to put it in his pants after I realized. Could I get pregnant? I was wet, and he said he didn't ejaculate. I didn't feel anything come out of him. I am about to start my period, I have cramps and should start in about 4 days. Since my period is coming, should I be worried?

You have nothing to worry about. There was no chance for pregnancy because you were wearing clothes. Even if he ejaculated, no sperm in the semen could get through your clothing, but only make your clothes wet.
