Yes, no need to worry. To become pregnant, you need to be close to ovulation or actually ovulated. There must be a released egg to be fertilized. To have this happen, he must release semen which contains sperm into your vagina.

If there was no fresh semen on your fingers, there was no risk for pregnancy. You will know in about a week when she does or does not get her period.

When did this happen? Was it just a few days ago?
If this happened in the last four days, and any semen was still on your fingers, there would be a change. But, if you wiped it all away, most likely no semen remained and no sperm could have gotten inside of you.
