I and my boyfriend were done with dry sex and we were fully clothed ...but after ejaculation his pant was wet and he touched his jeans and after that he started fingering me ....I m very much scared that I'm pregnant ....he started fingering me with that hand so can I become pregnant from this scenario??? Pls help

To answer your title question, no. Sperm cannot travel through jeans.
There was no risk for becoming pregnant through fingering, unless, he had wet semen directly on his fingers. Simply touching his jeans would not have placed semen on his fingers. Think of the semen as being trapped inside of his jeans.
