After my recent ejaculation, i urinated two times. Later, while me and my girl are having fun, I put my penis inside her just once and pull it out. Before that, I wiped the tip of my penis to remove the pre-ejaculate. It is also her 2nd day in her period. is there any chance?

No. There was no chance of her becoming pregnant.
For conception to occur, there must be sperm to fertilize an egg.
When you urinated, you flushed out any sperm left from the prior ejaculation.
Your girlfriend was on day two of her period, so ovulation, that is when an egg was released, had happened about two weeks ago.
No sperm and no egg means no pregnancy risk.
