Can you get pregnant without having sex?

About a week ago my boyfriend and I were fooling around. Actual intercourse did not occur but he did rub his penis in/around my butt and vagina. He says pre ejaculate happened before he continued to rub his penis on my vagina and he never actually came anywhere near me. I showered about an hour after that occurred, however, I was still very paranoid so I took a plan b one step 29 hours later.

Your vagina is inside of your body. Either he inserted his penis inside of you or he rubbed it against your buttock and pubic area.

From what you shared, there appeared to have been no risk for becoming pregnant.

Thanks for the reply! So even if he rubbed on the vaginal opening (I'm still a virgin so I don't know if that makes a difference), there still isn't any risk?
