Hi I am a 23 years old male and my girl is a 23 years old female.
During an intercourse with her I was full naked and she was left with her underwear.
During the process I just ejaculated on her underwear nearer to vagina. We dint stop to clean it just
continued to make out
I am worried that she may get pregnant.
Note: her underwear was wet because of my ejaculation.

There was no risk of your girlfriend becoming pregnant. The semen should have remained on the outside of her underwear.

Since you both are still worried, she may want to take a home pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, she should test in the morning and use the urine when she first wakes up.
