Hi, yesterday my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex for the first time. I am on birth control pills but everytime we have sex it's always with a condom besides yesterday. We are both tested and no sti's. But yesterday, I got too scared and he was only inside me for 5 seconds, no thrusting before I made him come out. Only 5 seconds. Plus he peed before sex. Now I'm worried about pregnancy from precm since he didn't come or wasn't even close since it was only 5 seconds.do you think I am okay?

Hello Coco123456,

Welcome again to EmpowHER. Thank your for coming to us with your concern about the risk of becoming pregnant.

As long as you are taking your birth control pill, at the same time each day, you are protected against pregnancy. Using a condom is extra protection.

You have nothing to worry about. There was no risk for becoming pregnant.

Regards,
Maryann
