Can the mild cramping and fullness just stop after the first week?

Hello, and thank you for sharing your question with the community.  I'd love to give you some helpful information on this subject.

Because sperm can live in the body for 3-5 days, pregnancy can sometimes occur if you have sex during your period.  Before you take a pregnancy test however, I would suggest waiting to see if you miss your next period.  If you miss it or have spotting, it is very possible that you are pregnant and you should take a pregnancy test to be sure.

Even if you have a normal period, you can still take a test if you want to.

Let us know if you have any more questions.

This morning I woke up to mild cramps and my breast are heavy
Should I be concerned? I still have the irritability and have noticed I'm wetter than normal. I so hope I am pregnant.
