Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us for help. Unfortunately, there is nothing any one can do now. All that you can do is wait for your next period to start. If your next period is late by at least seven days, take a home pregnancy test.
I would like to address another issue with you. Did you agree to have sexual intercourse with him or did he force himself on you?
I urge you to consider if you feel ready to be sexually active. Then, please start using birth control regularly.
