Hello Anonymous,

Even if the semen could soak through two layers of clothing, it would only be wetness and not the sperm itself. That would stay trapped within the clothing.

Think of it this way. You have pudding in a towel. The outside of the towel will be damp but the pudding stays inside of the towel.

Maryann

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. The reason that there is no risk of pregnancy during outercourse is quite simple.

There is a risk of becoming pregnant when you have unprotected vaginal intercourse at the time a woman is most fertile, which is five days before ovulation or on the day of ovulation.

If both partners are fully clothed, especially wearing four layers, how can the male insert his penis into the female's vagina? Not possible, thus no risk.

Regards,
Maryann
