Hello im extremely worried about a recent sexual activity that happened a month back. Me and my bf engaged in dry humping with clothes( his boxers nd inner wear and my thin pants and inner wear)on and i am worried that i might have got pregnant even though i got my periods four days before it was to come which lasted for four days..please help me.i am also not sure if there was any wet spots of his ejaculation..i m highly worried and havnt been able to sleep out of this thought..please write to me as soon as possible..

Welcome to EmpowHER. You can stop worrying, and hopefully get a good night's sleep. You were not at risk for becoming pregnant with dry humping.
The proof was getting your period. Though is started earlier than expected, it lasted four days.
