Hi, me and my bf had grinded or outercourse in december 23 and my last period was at december 10. I could be ovulating so im scared. He never entered me or anything. There was no penetration or ejaculation. He last ejaculated 3 days ago. And i have read through articles about pre cm and now im scared. My period is already delayed for 3 days. Please help me

Without penetration and ejaculation, there was no risk of becoming pregnant.
Pre ejacualte fluid itself does not contain sperm. Sperm can remain in the urethra, which is the tube that urine and semen pass through. But, once he urinated, which I am sure he did since his last ejaculation three days ago, any sperm was flushed out.
Just try to relax, and your period should start.
